We answer support requests personally. There is no ticketing maze and no chatbot — just a small team that built the consumer apps you are writing about.
How to reach us
The fastest way to get help with any PTAA application is to email contact@pta-corp.tech. We aim to respond within two business days, and usually faster. When you write to us, it helps to include:
- The name and version of the application you are using
- The device and operating system version
- A short description of what you were trying to do
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead
If your message includes a screenshot or screen recording, even better. Please avoid sending us passwords, payment details, or anything you would not want a stranger to read by accident.
Account & subscription help
If your question is about a subscription, in-app purchase, or refund for an application distributed through the Apple App Store, much of that is handled directly by Apple rather than by us:
- Refunds: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Manage subscriptions: On iOS, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On macOS, open the App Store and click your profile.
- Restore purchases: Most of our applications include a "Restore Purchases" option in their settings.

Frequently asked questions
Do your applications work offline?
Most of our applications are designed to work fully offline. Some features that depend on external services — such as syncing across devices or fetching new content — naturally require a connection, but the core experience does not.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell user data, and we do not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs in our applications. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
If an application stores any data on our servers under an account, you can request deletion by emailing contact@pta-corp.tech from the address associated with the account. For applications that store data only on your device, removing the application from the device removes its data with it.
Will my application keep working after an OS update?
We test our applications against new operating system releases and ship updates promptly when something needs adjusting. If you ever notice something that broke after an update, please tell us — that is exactly the kind of report we want.
Can I request a feature?
Yes, please. We read every suggestion that comes in. We can rarely promise a timeline, but ideas from people who actually use our software tend to shape what we build next.
Is there a community?
We do not run a public forum at the moment. We prefer to keep support one-to-one over email, where we can give each request real attention.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in any of our applications or services, please report it privately to contact@pta-corp.tech rather than through public channels. We will acknowledge your report within a few business days and keep you informed as we investigate. We are grateful to anyone who takes the time to disclose responsibly.
