Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of the PTAA website and any software applications we publish. By using our website or applications, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

"PTAA", "we", "us", and "our" refer to PTAA, an independent software studio. "You" refers to the individual or entity using our website or applications. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and applications only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of them. In particular, you agree not to:

3. Accounts

Some of our applications may offer optional accounts for syncing or backup. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at contact@pta-corp.tech if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

When you purchase one of our applications or a subscription through a platform such as the Apple App Store, your purchase is governed by both these terms and the terms of the platform you used to make the purchase. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple — please see our Support page for guidance.

For purchases made directly from us, if any, refund requests can be sent to contact@pta-corp.tech and will be considered in good faith.

5. Intellectual property

All content on our website and within our applications — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of PTAA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these terms and any applicable platform agreement.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our applications. We do not claim rights over your content.

6. User content

If an application allows you to submit content to us — for example, by sending us feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions — you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of operating and improving our services. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

7. Third-party services

Our applications may interoperate with third-party services (for example, an operating system's cloud sync). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PTAA and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you materially violate these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and the governing law clause — will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, if the change is material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of our services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PTAA is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.

13. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, please contact us at contact@pta-corp.tech.
